- $60K to $70K (depending on experience) + 11% Super perannum

- Enter receipts, payments, purchase orders and purchaseinvoices into Microsoft NAV by cost centre for twocompanies.
- Ensure General Ledger account and centre codes are enteredcorrectly.
- Journal intercompany payables and prepayment
- Ensure all payments are made within their terms ofcontract.
- Ensure all vendors are EFTSure verified.
- Process weekly payment runs for two companies.
- Reconciliation of supplier statements
- Support the month end process
- Have previous experience in a similar role
- Are able to meet set deadlines
- Are known for your time management and organisationalskills
- Like to show initiative
- Have well-developed communication skills
- Have used Microsoft Nav or equivalent medium to largeaccounting package
- Can obtain a National Police clearance
