The Role

Based in Perth, WA and reporting to the Accounts Payable Team Leader, the role requires diversity and is accountable for performing the full function of Accounts Payable across the ABN Group.

A key objective of this role is to ensure accurate and efficient processing in accordance with our service level agreements.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to

Processing a high volume of invoices
Completion of invoice approval process
Managing internal and external stakeholder relationships
Reconciliation of vendor payments
Weekly/monthly payment process deadlines
Ad hoc duties as required

Skills & Experience Prerequisites

Previous experience in a high volume and fast paced Accounts Payable environment
Ability to liaise with a variety of stakeholders with ease
Intermediate Excel skills and knowledge of Navision Accounting System (desirable)
Ability to work and contribute within a large team and have fun
Excellent communicator
High attention to detail and strong data entry skills
Ability to prioritise own workload and demonstrate excellent time management skills
