Perth Recruitment Services are currently seeking a keen and eager Accounts Payable Officer / Office All Rounder to join our client, a family owned and operated automotive accessory specialist, located in the Welshpool area

Duties and Responsibilities:

Answering phone calls and customer enquiries
Attending to all incoming and outgoing mail
Provide high level of customerfocused service
Raising invoices, data entry and filing
Accounts payable and receivable duties, including debt collecting
Eftpos/Cash handling and banking
Bank and CC reconciliation
BAS & IAS reconciliation and reporting
Assist with budgeting and forecasting
Reviewing and preparing records for external accountant
Payroll processing including terminations and interpreting awards
GL entries including purchasing and disposal of motor vehicles
Keeping the reception and showroom area maintained
Ordering stationary, office supplies and uniforms
Assist with raising stock purchase orders once familiar with the business
Assisting with marketing and general admin duties

Essential Requirements:

MYOB and/or MYOB Exo experience
Minimum 23 years payroll experience
Strong knowledge of Word, Outlook and Excel
Sound computer skills
Valid drivers license
Strong work ethic with great attention to detail
Good English communication skills, verbal & written
Ability to multitask and prioritize work load
