THE OPPORTUNITY:


Reporting to the
Accounts Payable Lead the
Accounts Payable Officer will provide support to the Accounts team by processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices accurately and within in a timely manner in order to complete payments.


In this role, you will work within a small Accounts Payable team who are collectively responsible for running the accounts' payable function ensuring invoices are processed into our Accounting System (Pronto) with the relevant approvals.

This is a permanent full-time position which is based at our beautiful newly refurbished office in West Perth.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Matching Supplier Invoices against Purchase Orders
  • Processing Supplier Invoices including liaison with various business departments to seek relevant approvals
  • Processing bimonthly payment runs
  • Liaise with suppliers and manage supplier statements
  • Setting up new suppliers and maintaining up to date supplier records
  • Ad hoc tasks as required

ABOUT YOU:

We are looking for an individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has exceptional attention to detail and is an excellent team player, along with the following background and skill-set:

  • 3+ years experience in an Accounts Payable function


  • ERP Experience

  • Pronto is desirable
  • High data entry accuracy
  • Welldeveloped computer skills
  • Ability to work with mínimal supervision and consistently meet deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills
