Accounts Payable Officer
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable professional to join our Accounts team at our Head Office in Northbridge.

The Company
We are an established WA owned and run Company operating 17 Cafes, a Central Bakehouse, and Administration. We are renowned for welcoming service, great coffee, and our handmade cakes, pastries, and sandwiches.

The Role

We are seeking a hands-on Accounts Payable Officer who possesses at least 2 years' experience in an Accounts Payable role, to join us in this journey and contribute positively to the continued success of the Company.

As Accounts Payable Officer, reporting directly to the Financial Controller, your duties may include but are not limited to:

Process large quantities of supplier invoices and payments within trading terms;
Data entry
Liaising with Store Managers, Head Office and suppliers
Reconciliation of Company credit cards and EFT payments; and
General administrative and accounts duties as required.

Skills and Experience

Previous experience with online accounting systems;
Sound written and verbal communication skills;
Team player with a proven track record;
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail;
Ability to maintain accuracy of data; and
