    Due to recent growth at their dealerships, my client is looking to appoint a Workshop Controller to oversee the day-to-day operations of their workshop, based in the outer south-western suburbs of Sydney.

    These roles would be highly suited to a current Workshop Controller looking for a change. You will be joining a dealership that is part of a larger group, so there are great career progression opportunities available.

    Your duties as the Workshop Controller will have you overseeing a team of Technicians, whilst ensuring that daily jobs are assigned correctly to ensure the best quality of work is produced in a timely and efficient manner. You will also be assisting the front of house operations with warranty repairs and claims.

    To be considered for these roles you must have:

    • Full Australian working rights
    • Excellent organisational skills with a strong focus on time management
    • Positive and calm demeanour
    • Focus on delivering excellent customer service, every time
    • Full manual drivers licence
    • Good attention to detail
    • Strong diagnostic abilities
    • Strong leadership skills

    In return you will be offered a permanent full-time position, with a strong dealership. You will also be offered ongoing training to be able to progress your automotive career into a management role. Salary package will be discussed with applicants during the interview process.
