Join us in the
Marine Workshop and Site Superintendent role where you will manage the workshop, marine fleet vehicles and mechanical plant, and the Whyte Island Operation Base site ensuring work is completed safely, to a high quality and effectively.

As an experienced leader, you will lead a small team of tradespeople with a focus on employee development, engagement, and collaboration.


Experienced, willing, and with great attention to detail: Here's who we're looking for.

  • You are a trade qualified handson leader experienced in ensuring workshop activities are planned and executed in a safe, efficient, and costeffective manner.
  • You are experienced in managing overhauls and operational readiness of businesscritical spare parts, components, and equipment.
  • You ideally have experience in marine maintenance with an understanding of relevant materials and classifications.
  • You are flexible and adaptable, and keen to cross develop within the marine technical team.
  • You are passionate about developing your team and encouraging a culture of continuous improvement and quality control improvements.
