This exciting role will provide essential support to the workshop staff for enquires while supporting the Administration Manager across various operational needs.

Tasks & Responsibilities

Provide a friendly and harmonious contact with all internal and external parties
Raise and amend work orders and purchase orders
Control and maintain Tickets assigned to Workshop
Data Entry and Workshop Administration filing
Monitor the Defect Box and enter Job Cards
Management of the Day Book Weekly for Workshop
Manage and maintain weekly time sheets for Workshop Employees

Who we are looking for

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Excellent interpersonal skills
Effective time management and selfdiscipline
Ability to maintain high quality relationships with internal and external people
Business/report writing skills
