- Sourcing and securing casual mall leasing retailers
- Negotiate lease terms and conditions including managing rent increases and incentive payments
- Assist with overseeing the tenancy fit-out and make good obligations
- Achieve rental budgets whilst building a retail mix compatible with the Centre's trade area
- Conduct strategic reviews of current and potential tenants and research competing Centres
- Monitor tenant performance and re-locate them when possible
- Planning all new leases and renewals against termination dates
- Prior experience in Retail Leasing or Casual Mall Leasing
- Background with national retailers is advantageous
- Knowledge of Retail Leases Act and ability to interpret leases and licenses and other property documentation.
- Ability to establish new business, negotiate and build solid relationships at all levels
- Enthusiasm and commitment to complete transactions and provide high levels of service to clients
- Strong time management and organisational skills to be able to thrive in a busy environment

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a National Casual Mall Leasing Lead to work within our highly regarded Retail Property Management team.
In this newly created role, you will oversee the management of casual mall leasing, building key relationships with retailers and identifying and securing new opportunities within the centres.
Additionally, you will manage the initial implementation of our software platform which will be rolled out nationally to our clients across their centres.
