Co-Directors and Assistant Directors | Melbourne Western Suburbs
We are currently seeking talented and dedicated Co-Directors and Assistant Directors in the western suburbs of Melbourne.

The positions we have available are across a range of non-profit and private organisations that provide high-quality Early Childhood Education & Care services to families in the area.


As a Co-Director or Assistant Director, you will be responsible for leading a team and managing the centres to deliver exceptional care and education to children.


We are currently recutting for the following locations:

  • Deer Park
  • Truganina
  • Hoppers Crossing

Responsibilities:


  • Leading and managing the centre to ensure that highquality education and care is delivered to children
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, legislation and policies
  • Building strong relationships with families, staff and the wider community
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures to enhance the centre's operation and performance
  • Mentoring and supporting the team to achieve their professional goals
  • Ensuring a positive and engaging workplace culture

Requirements:


  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in management positions within the Early Childhood Education & Care sector
  • Diploma or Bachelor degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Passion for Early Childhood Education & Care
  • Strong knowledge of compliance requirements and regulations
  • Commitment to professional development and ongoing learning
