    Warehouse Team Leader

    • Located in the west of Sydney CBD
    • Exp in the FMCG area would be advantageous

This small but professional distributor now has a need for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to take their customer service to the next level. The CEO is very happy to let you take the reins on this one.

    Duties

    • Lead by example be "hands on" daily
    • Build rapport and lead a growing team
    • Implement processes to enhance the functionality and operation of the warehouse
    • Work closely with internal departments
    • Ensure excellent customer service at all times

    Skills and Experience

    • Previous Warehouse exp – A to Z
    • Scheduling workloads (not logistics)
    • Driver's Lic & High Reach forklift license is a must
    • Warehouse Management systems exp
    • Computer savvy
    • Excellent communication skills
