    Our client is looking for a Senior Property Manager to join their dynamic team. These roles are rarely available in the market.


    The Position

    • NO Routine inspections, NO Entry inspections
    • Virtual Assistance for support
    • Salary package of up to 95k
    • Modern office space with a strong team culture
    • Highly recognized brand
    • Training and Growth opportunities
    • Potential to lead the team in 12 months
    • Manage a portfolio with ample support


    The Successful Candidate

    • Valid Certificate of Registration
    • Preferably 2+ years of experience in Property Management
    • Excellent communication and attention to detail
    • Effective organizational abilities
    • Strong written & verbal communication
    • Great telephone etiquette & time management
    • Keen eye for detail, responsibility, and focus
    • Professional appearance
    • Driver's license required
