    Job Description - Recruitment Business Partner Recruitment Business Partner UGL is a leading provider of end-to-end engineering, construction and maintenance services.

    Due to our ever-growing portfolio of national projects, we have an opportunity for a Recruitment Business Partner to join our dynamic team in Melbourne and become part of our National Talent Community.

    The Recruitment Business Partner plays a key role in driving continuous improvement in the recruitment function and contributes to the People & Culture strategic plan across their line of business including gaining exposure and leading the international recruitment drives.

    About you 5 years' experience recruiting high volume blue collar and white-collar positions particularly within engineering Experience working with multiple stakeholders, engaging at all levels in partnership to ensure a streamlined and thorough recruitment process A strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle, utilising all the tools you have at your fingertips, Linked In Recruiter, Linked In Talent Insights, My Pass, Seek Premium Talent Search Video My Job Demonstrated ability to work independently to organise and prioritise demands, handle multiple complex tasks and simultaneously, set and meet deadlines and follow-through within a fast-paced environment with multiple and competing demands Strong communication skills (oral & written) including strong negotiation and influencing skills and the ability to establish effective working relationships with all walks of life at different levels both internally and externally.
