    We are looking for a Permits Coordinator on a 12-month contract, with strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail. You will primarily be responsible for the accurate and timely management of building permits, and minimising any delays or issues that may impact the construction process.

    In this role, you will be responsible for the following:

    • Complete and maintain permits workflow according to company procedures.
    • Manage Developer Approval applications, council dispensations, Property Identification Code, and permit applications for quick turnaround.
    • Check the site start list daily and take necessary actions as required.
    • Follow up with Building Supervisors weekly to obtain outstanding property information.
    • Accurately and concisely record dates and client information for each contact.
    • Adhere to all administration procedures and policies consistently.

    We are ideally seeking candidates with:

    • Strong track record in managing complex files efficiently.
    • Knowledge of land titles, settlements, and reading plans.
    • General construction experience or knowledge preferred.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail.
    • Confidence, conviction, and strong self-awareness.
    • Proficiency with technology
    • Ability to prioritise and multitask effectively.
