- Hybrid role work from home
- Monitor invoice inboxes and prepare invoices for processing
- Identify any discrepancies and problem invoices
- Reconciliation of accounts
- Prepare and issue outgoing invoices
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders regarding pricing and incorrect details
- Other general administrative tasks as required
- Previous exposure in accounts receivable or invoicing
- Problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Professional demeanour when engaging with internal/external stakeholders
- Ability to multi-task
- Knowledge of Microsoft packages
- Friendly & supportive team
- Stable company
- Parking on site
- Ability to work from home 2-3 days a week
