- Allocation of payments
- Bank and debtor reconciliations
- Assist with the opening of new accounts
- Collection calls and managing all incoming claims and queries (by email & phone)
- Assessing, logging and allocating claims to relevant departments
- Investigate claims and reconcile customer accounts
- Raise claims to relevant accounts and make adjustments
- Previous experience in a similar position – Credit Control/Accounts Receivable with Claims experience
- Previous exposure within an FMCG industry
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
