    Description

    Our major Federal Government client is looking for APS5 Travel Officer who will be responsible for advising on travel policies, managing data, and supporting stakeholders.

    • This role is a Labour Hire contract for a period of 6-9 months
    • Baseline Clearance is not mandatory for this role
    • WFH available: 2 days from the office

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide travel policy advice and technical expertise.
    • Prepare travel data reports and work instructions.
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
    • Assist in preparing briefs and questions on notice.
    • Contribute to business planning and improvements.
    • Support Concur and Credit Card Team.

    Knowledge and Experience required:

    • Understanding of Whole of Government Travel Service Arrangements is mandatory.
    • Experience in Concur, TechOne, CTM, Visalink, Travel Pack.
    • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and data analysis.

    Please note: Australian Citizenship is mandatory for this role.
