    Sales Account Manager - Melbourne, Australia - Pact Group

    Description

    With a long history of delivering sustainable and innovative packaging solutions to some of the most well-known brands, the Pact Packaging Health and Personal Care and Processed foods packaging division is looking for an energetic Account Manager. You will develop sales opportunities for Pact's packaging products through engagement of existing and new customers and manage customers at state and national level. This is a great opportunity to take your experience to the next level as you specialise in your category.

    Job Description

    As Account Manager, you will be known for your excellent communication and presentation skills and will bring experience in sustainable growth success. As a part of a solid team of likeminded professionals who have our customers and solution provision at the heart of everything we do, you will be able to develop lasting relationships, be flexible and strategic and are seeking the next step in your career. This role is based at Tullamarine works closely with our customers in Victoria.

    Reporting t the Head of Sales- Health and Personal Care and Processed Foods, you will:

    • Ensurethat the customer base is served including management of customer relationship, accurateand timely orders/forecasting/inventory/slow stock management anddevelopment of new product and business opportunities with both new and existing customers
    • Developand maintainAccount Plans for customers
    • Conductregular customer business review meetings
    • Identify and deliveron new opportunities and product sales strategies
    • Prepareand presentdetailed reporting and analysis on business activities,
    • Supportpreparation and submission of proposals that deliver a competitive and valuable service offering for customers and our business
    • Developand updatethe sales plan to achieve the sales budget for the allocated accounts
    • Preparing weekly forecasts as to the current and future months' forecast sales for allocated accounts
    • Representthe customer's "voice" within the business and ensuring that their experience throughout PACT is aligned with the strategic importance of the account

    With experience in sales management and astute commercial acumen, you will also bring:

    • Resilience with a strong desire to achieve, operational excellence and delivery of agreed growth objectives
    • Strategic and collaborative approach that embeds and harnesses commitment to customer value and service excellence
    • Entrepreneurial mindset, technical aptitude and understanding of manufacturing processes is highly beneficial
    • Enthusiasm and solutions provision in your Account Management
    • Demonstrated commitment and belief of Safety in the workplace and working "Toward Zero Harm"
