Does Account Management excite you?
We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual with a background of knowledge in the motor dealer industry.

Our Account Manager role offers a high degree of autonomy and requires you to be a champion in the area of strengthening relationships and offering strategic, innovative solutions to our franchised motor dealer partners.


You will be responsible for:


  • Developing and implementing initiatives strategies to achieve Sales revenue and assist in the growth of your portfolio
  • Assisting franchised Motor Dealers and other business partners associated with these Dealers in their offering of suitable products, services and upgrades to maintain and grow revenue for the organisation
  • Developing additional business from existing portfolio in line with budget target while managing income and expenses budget.
  • Ensuring an optimal level of service is always provided to all Partners and continually seek the opportunity to participate in Partner's strategic business planning processes
  • Implementing an effective account retention and defence strategies to promote Partner retention
  • Maintaining and updating all Salesforce KPIs and Supervision and Monitoring requirements
  • Training Business Managers in effective sales and compliance practices

Important to your success:


  • Proven experience in preparing and delivering quality business proposals, presentations and training materials
  • Ability to proactively build and maintain professional relationships and networks to deliver quality customer service
  • Experience/a degree of commercial insurance knowledge
  • Proven sales and account management skills for major accounts (preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication with strong presentation skills, capable of communicating with audiences at all levels with clarity, impact and influence
