Responsibilities:

The primary purpose of position:

To support clients within Japan to ensure a high level of client account management, including
Supporting sales activities with new clients.
Ensuring the successful onboarding of new clients.
Regular communication and account management with our new and existing clients.
Maintaining strong relationships with all clients by providing professional and timely support.

Duties:

Ensure the highest level of client conversion for assigned leads within Japan and other countries
Working with clients to transition them through the sales pipeline
Provide general premium client service
Provide client support, including technical, operational and B2B support
Respond to client queries relating to account management
Provide assistance in the creation and implementation of new procedures and processes

Selection criteria

Essential:

Proficient Japanese language sills
Excellent phone manner
Welldeveloped presentation and facetoface skills
Good written communication skills in English and Japanese
High level of customer focus
Ability to influence and conduct sales activities
Ability to think analytically & troubleshoot daytoday issues
Successfully work autonomously and within a Team
Computer literacy and aboveaverage data entry skills
Values and respects diversity
Ability to work with individuals from multicultural backgrounds

Desired:

Excellent customer service/sales/account management skills
Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment
Knowledge/interest in Financial Markets
