    Description

    The name might be different but our iconic range remains the same and includes cereal brands like Nutri-Grain, Special K, Sultana Bran, and Coco Pops, along with snacks such as LCMs and Pringles. Our ultimate goal is to make every day better and ensure there is a place for everyone at the table through our trusted food products.

    Reporting directly to the Head of Supply Chain Finance, this role involves collaborating with various levels within Manufacturing and Supply Chain. Operating from both our Manufacturing plant in Botany and our Head office in Eveleigh, you will work closely with key stakeholders to influence daily decisions, guiding the strategy and direction of the business. The primary focus will be on managing all aspects of costs related to the Botany factory and co-manufacturers for Kellanova ANZ.

    Key Responsibilities:


    - Support Botany Operations with financial performance insights, variance analysis, and valuable commentaries.
    - Ensure timely and accurate monthly financial closures for Botany Plant and co-manufacturer operations.
    - Conduct monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
    - Handle Product Costing, Budgets, and forecasts.
    - Develop strong financial models for strategic decision-making.

    Your Success Ingredients:


    - Hold a Business degree in Accounting or Finance, coupled with qualifications such as CA, CPA, CIMA, or ACCA.
    - Prior experience in FMCG business partnering with Manufacturing.
    - Possess exceptional communication and influencing skills with a track record of effectively partnering with non-finance teams to support decision-making. You should thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities, and actively contribute to process improvements and knowledge sharing within the Finance team.
