    Get set for your next great career moveA strong focus on customer and commercial outcomesSydney CBD office, with flexibility to work remotelyBe a part of Westpac's supportive and inclusive team cultureHow will I help?You will join the Cash and Transactional Banking Line of Business that is accountable for delivery and product management of our new Healthcare payment solution.

    You will contribute to our strategic roadmap ensuring our product offering is best in class, helping our Healthcare customers grow.

    Being a part of this team, you will challenge the status quo through analysis and a customer centric approach to drive outstanding outcomes for our customers.

    You will work with our digital, IT and project teams to deliver our new Healthcare payment capability to make it easier for our customers to bank with us across the Westpac brands ensuring the alignment to the broader line of business objectives.


    You will also be responsible for:
    Own and drive key aspects of the product portfolio for Healthcare payments.
    Build partnerships with multiple stakeholders to deliver on key growth and market share.

    Be a subject matter expert and use in-depth knowledge of Healthcare payment products, markets and competitors to achieve agreed portfolio outcomesWork in partnership with colleagues to define and agree the "why" and the "what" of how we successfully deliver our healthcare product value propositions to the market.

    Ensure the value proposition is designed to deliver tangible benefits to both our customers and the Westpac Group.

    What do I need?KnowledgeYou must have a passion for creating amazing banking experiences for our customers and recognise the value of a customer's acquiring relationship with us.

    You'll have a deep understanding of the banking landscape and technology in Healthcare payments.

    You will utilise your analytical mindset and customer centricity to design and build solutions with a strong efficiency and service quality.

    Building strong relationships comes second nature to you, your excellent communication skills mean you thrive working in parallel with cross functional teams.

    ExperienceYou will have proven experience in Healthcare payments, driving change and innovation.
    You will have experience in end-to-end product management from inception, delivery, and maintenance.

    Essential5+ years experience in Financial Services or Product Management within the healthcare industryTertiary qualifications in business, finance, accounting, commerce or related disciplineExperience in healthcare payments product management or agile product owner related rolesExtensive skills in effective problem solving and decision makingExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent Influencing and relationship building skillsWhat is it like to work there?We aim to provide one big, supportive team to help us reach our vision to become one of the world's great service companies.
