About The Opportunity
Our Technology team are currently looking for a Technical Product Manager to join them.

In this role you will provide domain knowledge and technical direction to software product development teams, targeting development of software for mine design, planning, scheduling and optimisation.

Reporting directly to the Chief Technology Officer, your key responsibilities include:

Identifying new mine planning, scheduling, and optimisation product opportunities, and defining new product features, functionality, and release criteria.
Helping develop product roadmaps and development schedules.
Regularly consulting with Micromine's product users to understand their priorities, perceptions, and experiences to ensure new products are fit for solving their problems.
Providing guidance to Micromine software development teams and answering questions to ensure a clear understanding of the product requirements.
Assisting the Product Strategy Manager and commercial teams with delivering new products to market.
Mentoring less experienced team members in product management as well as mine planning, scheduling, and optimisation.

About You
You will have demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the mine design, planning, scheduling and optimisation domain.

Other key skills, experience, and qualifications:

Experience in managing or participating in the management of software products.
Degree in Computer Science, Geology, Mining, or similar field relevant to the product you manage.
Solid, practical experience throughout the full software development cycle and Agile development methodologies.
Proven track record of success working across multiple locations, with multilingual capabilities (Russian desirable)
