Description

Permanent ongoing Full-time opportunity to work for our Finance Directorate
Hybrid working model - work 70 hour fortnights

As our Finance Officer, you will be accountable for delivering financial operational support within Development and Infrastructure team. You'll be based at our Parramatta office, and be supported to work flexibly between the office and home.

The variety of this role includes:

Delivering operational financial support, processing financial transactions, and ensuring accuracy of data and compliance reporting
Collaborating with other CSPD support teams to provide support and assistance to schools and the Finance and Infrastructure Directorate in the successful delivery of financial management and reporting outcomes
Managing enquiries from suppliers regarding payments and other matters
Provisioning of Accounts Payable, invoice processing and automation processes
Reconciliation of Asset Management finance accounts, general and subsidiary ledgers, annual rollovers, and financial data between systems
Assisting in the preparation of Asset Management project budgets and funding requests
