    The Product /Delivery Manager you'll be the conductor of our digital orchestra, overseeing product owners for the delivery of products. Your main gig? Managing improvements and initiatives across the entire technical product lifecycle, seamlessly integrating them into client's digital ecosystem. You'll lead the charge in assessing and optimizing digital product delivery processes/tools to enhance efficiency, user experience, and stakeholder engagement.

    What you will be doing?

    Looking at product roadmap and ensuring technical delivery teams are prioritising right tasks and meeting both product quality and timelines. need someone to roll their sleeves up to ensure delivery teams are focussed on the right areas based on business demand and priorities. working closely with IM's/Scrum masters to keep everyone on track.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Leads the team through all phases of the delivery process.
    • 7+ years project delivery experience & management of large projects as a Lead Product Owner / Manager
    • Identifies and drives implementation of continuous improvements within the project team.
    • Tracking the project delivery activities to keep to the project plan and/or delivery commitments that have been made, utilising both traditional and agile methodologies.
    • Managing software project scope by making trade-offs between competing software requirements, such as time vs. cost and software security vs. speed
    • Maintains a project repository of historical and current project information.
    • Facilitates team ceremonies and other day-to-day activities as required by the team.
    • Shields team from external interferences and removes obstacles.
    • Must have strong product delivery experience.
    • Must have experience leading Multiple cross functional teams.
    • Experience: 5+ years working as a Scrum Master/Iteration Manager on digital product development projects.
