Description

Working to help rural and high-risk workers stay safe in a challenging industry means you'll have an opportunity to really make a difference for the end user.

You should be highly collaborative, with strong communication skills and ideally previous experience working with SaaS products. There are 3 designers and 3 in the product team that you will communicate with on a day to day basis The office is based in the Valley,

Responsibilities:

Define and manage the product roadmap
Develop process flows and set requirements and scope
Act as the product owner and manage the backlog and priorities
Understand user needs and monitor the market and competitive edge
Align all stakeholders and prioritise features and capabilities
Balance the User Experience (UX), Technology, and Business needs
Make tradeoffs to achieve an end goal
Set goals (requirements) and define success

About you:

Experience in working with crossfunctional teams
Familiarity with agile development methodologies and ability to adapt to changes in a fastpaced environment
Prior experience working with SaaS products highly regarded
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and convey them to stakeholders at all levels
