    The Company
    This firm is part of a larger group, but their Melbourne office is more boutique in size giving you that friendly and inclusive environment. They are all about their client relationships and focus on the advisory side of the business with the majority of the compliance work being done off-shore by a purpose built team just for them.


    The Opportunity
    You will manage an interesting and diverse client group and be heavily involved with their business whether this is a start-up, trying to grow, winding down, or anything in between.

    Your day-to-day tasks would include:

    • Manage own portfolio
    • Manage workflow, revision & training of staff
    • High-end advisory work
    • Client facing
    • Work closely with the director

    About You

    • Experienced as a Public Practice Accounting Manager
    • Degree qualified
    • Be CA/CPA qualified
    • Ability to build rapport and be a trusted advisor to clients
    • Driven to learn and progress in your career
