We are looking for an experienced Allied Health practitioner with demonstrated leadership experience to over-see a well established multi-disciplinary team at our Fitzroy site.

We provide Adult Allied Health services including physiotherapy, occupational therapy, podiatry and social work.

The position will also over-see our Chronic Disease program including smoking cessation and diabetes early detection, prevention, education and management.

Ideally, you will possess:

A professional qualification in either Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Podiatry or Social Work
Experience in leading a moderate size team e.g. over 5 staff.
Demonstrated ability to provide collaborative and strong leadership to ensure the team are safe, happy and meeting their performance targets.
Excellent knowledge of Community Health, quality and risk and financial management.
A clear understanding Community Health Sector / Aged Care Reforms.
