This Construction Company are trailblazers in relation to innovation, modern building techniques and clever design solutions across a range of project types.

Some of the projects that they have managed have been one off specialised buildings giving those involved in the builds unique career defining experiences.

Projects typically fall in the $30M - $300M range.

Qualifications:

You will be joining a team of devoted high performing long-term employees and you will be supported to reach your full potential.

If you aspire to become a Site Manager or perhaps a Project Manager this is the perfect environment to do so.

You will be interviewed by a Director, introduced to the project team, and supported throughout the recruitment process.

If you need to finish a project for another builder or need a break between roles your circumstances can be accommodated.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

Ideally a Carpentry trade background
A track record of success working as a General Foreman with reputable building contractors on substantial design and construct new build projects
A team player who has excellent communication skills and works in partnership with subcontractors to achieve outstanding results
Well versed in set out, structure and finishes with a strong working knowledge of essential services
A strong technical eye for detail and an ability to add considerable value to a construction program
Recognised as a General Foreman who methodically plans, is a confident decision maker and a strategic problem solver
A thorough attitude to always ensuring outstanding occupational health, safety, and environmental outcomes

This is a long-term career role for a General Foreman to be part of a great team with a trusted builder who have full order books, regularly work on negotiated projects, have established relationships with subcontractors and are financially secure.
