Join a multi award winning National Building Contractor as a Bid & Tender Submission Coordinator.

Supporting the Pre-Construction team, you will assist in a crucial stage of creating cutting edge, prestigious construction projects ranging from $10M - $300M.

The projects are high profile landmark buildings, some are mission critical projects necessitating specialist knowledge, the tendering of which requires a keen eye for detail.

As a Bid Coordinator you will assist in the completion of expressions of interest, tender proposals, and submissions.

You will manage the expressions of interest and tender bid process including drafting and managing bid plans, conducting, and starting up bid management meetings, non-technical content for submissions, coordinating input from other stakeholders and producing final production and submission of documents.

The ideal applicant will already have a basic understanding of the bid / tender process.

Relevant experience in presentation, outstanding written and verbal communication skills, and a history of proficiency in the use of software is essential (Adobe Suite, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Microsoft Suite) Proficiency in the use of InDesign is critical to this role.

Qualifications in marketing, journalism or public relations would all be valuable. Previous experience of working within the construction or property industry would be highly regarded.

This position is a permanent full time career role.
