Exciting opportunity for a Qualified Building Supervisor to join a thriving architectural design and construction firm.

This immensely talented team essentially offer a one stop shop for clients guiding them through design, construction, and interior selection to hand over the keys to a beautifully constructed home.

They are highly respected for their numerous bespoke homes and developments that have been expertly designed and built with a great eye for detail.

Continued successful growth has resulted in a new opportunity for a Qualified Supervisor to join the organisation full time.

Essential criteria for this role:

Carpentry trade and happy to continue to use carpentry skills daily.
Qualified Building Supervisor
A track record of successfully building high end new homes and completing renovations and extensions to at least $3M.
A genuine passion for building high spec homes.
A handson approach to solving problems.
A keen eye for detail
An appreciation of practical design
The potential to build, motivate and lead a team of Supervisors.
Able to present smartly and liaise directly with clients in a respectful manner.
Exceptional organisation and time management skills.

You would be expected to be on the tools for about 70% of your time on site. You need to supply all your own tools but the company will supply all power tolls.

The team try wherever possible to only work 5 days a week.

Occasionally a particular project might require a Saturday to keep pace but the Director is keen that his employees have an opportunity to rest and enjoy important family time.

This role would work well for someone who lives in the Northern Beaches of Sydney because through word of mouth the Company has attracted a lot of attention there and many projects are in this area.

Projects in the pipeline include a $2M new build, a $1.2M extension and a $600K refurbishment.
