    We are looking for a Senior Client Services Officer to join the Student Services team at QUT, in charge of ensuring top-notch client service and efficient administrative support. This role involves leading a team to deliver excellent services across student and medical facilities.

    About the Role

The Student Services and Wellbeing department oversees all non-academic aspects of student life and focuses on creating a safe and inclusive campus environment. As a Senior Client Services Officer, you will play a crucial part in enhancing the student experience.

    Requirements for Success

    • Experience in improving business processes for better client service
    • Knowledge of operating a health and medical service
