Our client is a boutique financial planning practice located in Brisbane's CBD who is looking for a full-time Client Service Officer to assist their successful financial planning team.


This business prides themselves on ensuring their clients enjoy all that life has to offer without having to worry about the future as well as providing a great culture for all staff to enjoy.


Their goal is to provide their clients with optimum outcomes in areas such as risk, superannuation, wealth creation and retirement planning and achieve their financial planning dreams.


Role Overview

  • Work closely and provide administration and clients services support to a team of Advisers
  • Respond to client requests, management of client appointments
  • Manage and respond to client queries within specific timeframes
  • Implementation and document preparation for SoA and RoA
  • Work collaboratively in a team to improve various business processes

Skills and Experience

  • Experience using Financial planning software
-
2 years' experience working as a Client Service Officer in the financial planning industry:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, adhere to deadlines and good attention to detail
