About the company
Our client is a growing national company that operates in the Building Services space.

Based in Milton, the maintenance division of the company specializes in
maintenance services for many large corporations, government, schools, councils, facilities management and real estate businesses.


About the role
The
Office Administrator is responsible for general operations and ensuring procedures are run smoothly. Working closely with the Senior Project Manager you will be also be responsible for minor reporting.

This role is a
part time 3 day a week (Tues, Wed and Thurs)

  • Hours are 7am or 7:30am Start
  • 24 hours a week

- $40 Per hour + Super

6 Month assignment with extension possible


Role & Responsibilities:


  • Updating and renewing contracts
  • Communicating with technicians to collect information
  • Raising invoices and Generating Purchase orders
  • Organizing inductions and compliance
  • Entering timesheets for technicians

What we are looking for:


  • Previous experience working in an
    admin / receptionist role
  • Highly developed prioritization and time management skills
  • Demonstration of a resilient, proactive and adaptable attitude

Job Types:
Part-time, Temporary

Contract length: 6 months

Part-time hours: 24 per week


Salary:
$40.00 per hour
