We have opportunities to start based in South of Brisbane.

About The Role

Our client is looking to add to their team and require a
Customer Service Representative, the role is a mixture of dealing with and amending Customer Accounts, processing credits, following up invoices with government clients.

It sits within a great team who thrive on providing High Level Customer Service & Delivering results.

Experience working in a Call Centre environment is highly desirable for this position._

Day to day duties include:

Handling inbound calls in a professional manner
Making outbound calls to existing clients
Listening to customers and determining appropriate course of action
Recording accurate customer information
Complying with policies and procedures
Maintaining confidentiality of customer information

Skills and Experience

Background and experience working in a customer Service/call centre environment
Demonstrate a high level of integrity and work/personal ethics
Ability to prioritise and manage numerous tasks simultaneously
Excellent listening skills, empathetic, caring and patient
Strong attention to detail
