ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a highly rewarding position for somebody who is driven and thrives in fast-paced environments. A vibrant role that is ever changing. You will be a strong communicator who has service industry experience (Preferably Fire). The position will see you assist in the
general administration duties within a Fire service organisation. You will assist with job bookings, contracts admin, processing orders, supplier liaison and other administration duties. Pronto will be highly regarded, though not essential. The team is supportive and has a great culture including monthly office activities.


DUTIES

  • High volume billing of client invoices generated from our Portables products business unit
  • Allocation and communication with technicians on various service calls, site Portable swap outs
  • Maintaining the Wormald central client inbox and central customer service line
  • Logging of do & charge calls relating to the Portables products business
  • Raising and receipting of purchase orders
  • Portables
  • Allocation of parts and pricing of materials on invoices
  • Review of weekly timesheets from technicians
  • Processing credits notes, and working with A/R team on debt resolution and client disputes
  • Support Service Operations Team as required with other client invoice requirements
  • Provide assistance with call centre inbound phone coverage | customer service

$65,000 + Super:


  • Hours are flexible between 7am3pm, 8am4pm, 9am5pm

HOW TO APPLY

Salary:
$60, $65,000.00 per year


Schedule:

Experience:


  • Inbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)
  • Outbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)
  • Customer service: 1 year (required)
