The role involves coordinating contract setup and termination, maintaining customer purchase orders, processing invoices and credits, and assisting customers with various inquiries.

Location: Tighes Hill, Newcastle_


Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide sales support to customers
  • Set up and terminate contracts in monitoring, billing, and state fire brigade systems for ACT, NSW, and VIC
  • Maintain customer purchase orders
  • Process invoices and credits for false alarms in ACT and NSW
  • Handle general customer inquiries

  • Monday-Friday | Flexible Hours_

Professional Experience:


  • Experience in a small dynamic team environment
  • Fire Alarm Monitoring industry experience highly desirable
  • Customer relationship management experience highly desirable
  • Experience with Pronto Xi and Microsoft Dynamics
  • Fully proficient in the Office suite of products
  • Advanced level of Microsoft Word and Excel highly desirable

Salary:
$ $36.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Overtime pay
  • Penalty rates

Experience:


  • Customer service: 1 year (required)

  • Australia (preferred)
