We are seeking a dedicated Support Coordinator to join our team at BHN, to provide recovery focused support coordination that enables people to maximize their personal recovery and choices within the context of their families, friends, community and the NDIS.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in our exciting program, providing support coordination to participants with diverse disabilities and needs.

While mental health remains a significant focus here at Better Health Network, you will also extend your expertise to support individuals across various disabilities and conditions, promoting inclusivity and diversity.


Ideally, you will possess:


  • A professional qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling, or similar
  • Experience in disability and NDIS
  • Demonstrated ability to promote and build consumer independence through capacity building. Coordinate Supports and support teams. Critically think and reflect, adapt to change, timemanagement, and build and maintain internal and external professional relationships.
  • Excellent knowledge of wholistic, clientcentered models of care and values underpinning the NDIS, specifically Support Coordination.
  • A clear understanding of the NDIS sector and Psychosocial Disability.
