Ideally, you will possess:


  • A professional qualification in Social work or equivalent
  • Experience in case management and the issues and needs of young women, trans and gender diverse and non
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct assessments, intervention and risk management, including safety plans.
  • Excellent knowledge of principles of crisis intervention and experience in responding to crisis situations such as sexual assault and other forms of assault and violence.
  • A clear understanding of the Social Model of Health.
