    Description

    Key responsibilities

  • Leadership, coaching and support of the FPA team and broader Finance team across end-to-end financial planning
  • Delivery of Oceania's internal mid-term plan and financial management reporting to the ELT, Board and our parent entity
  • Budgets, forecasting, costing, financial target setting and cost management
  • Identification of process optimisation opportunities and implementation of improvements
  • Accountability for the Group's budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Fostering and developing strong and effective relationships with key stakeholders, both within and external to the organisation

    • About You

  • Significant experience in a similar senior accounting / finance role supporting the strategic direction of a large corporate organisation / matrixed FMCG
  • Outstanding stakeholder management, leadership and influencing skills across all levels
  • Problem-solving/solutions-focused mindset
  • Record of achievement in advocating, influencing change at an organisational-wide level
  • CA/CPA qualified
