Star Health is a leader in the Community Health sector, supporting the inner south and bay side suburbs of Melbourne.


We are looking for an experienced, professional Dental receptionist to work between our two primary Dental clinics in Prahran and South Melbourne.

Reporting to to the Practice Manager, Oral Health, you will have strong communication skills, be able to multi-task effectively and have excellent attention to detail.


Ideally, you will possess:


  • A professional qualification in Certificate III in Dental Assisting / Certificate III in Health Administration or equivalent relevant experience
  • Proven experience working in an Admin Role
  • Experience in Dental, Medical administration or Community Health
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and professionally with a broad group of clients
  • A clear understanding of privacy and customer service principles
