Rate:
$120 - $160 per hour (inc. Super; ex GST)

Requirements:

T he Australian Cyber Security Centre (ACSC), ACD Branch requires the services of one (1) suitably qualified Solutions Analyst (SA).

The SA will plan, manage and lead a user requirements study across the Australian Signals Directorate (ASD). Specific details are contain within attachment titled ACSC CSR ACD Solutions Analyst Requirements.
Selection Criteria (max 3000 characters per criteria)

Essential:

Ability to work with stakeholders to capture needs across the technical, process and resource domains to develop a functional requirements specification.

Ability to define, document and carry out projects or reviews, including being able to understand and discuss technical capability and technology solutions.

Ability to perform gap analysis, detailing the current state and determining capability needs to reach the future/intended state.
Ability to prepare reports including the presentation of findings and proposed solutions.
High-level proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office suite products including: a

Word:
styles, formatting, templates

b Excel:
referential formulae, financial planning and actuals records

c PowerPoint:
professional slide decks for Executive briefings; master layout changes

d Project:
schedule maintenance and analysis

Desirable:

Familiarity with ASD
Demonstrated experience in supporting a technical project and/or review
