    Payroll Officer- 12 Month Temporary Assignment3 days in officer, 2 days work from homeBased in MascotOnsite parking provided - or 8 minute walk from Mascot train stationPaying $45 - $50 per hour plus super (depending on expereince)The role demands someone to start immediately,therefore a background in Payroll (2-3 years)ispreferred to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment.


    Responsibilities:
    Payroll ProcessingAccurately process end-to-end payroll.
    Ensure timely payments of salaries and benefits.
    ComplianceStay updated on payroll laws and regulations.
    Ensure tax and wage law compliance.
    CommunicationAddress employee payroll inquiries.
    Collaborate with HR and finance teams.
    New Hires and TerminationsProcess new hires and terminations.
    Calculate final payments for terminated employees.
    Continuous ImprovementIdentify and implement process improvements.
    Stay informed about industry best practices.
    The Payroll Officer ensures precise payroll execution, compliance, and effective communication, contributing to the organization's payroll accuracy and efficiency.
