Join a leading and rapidly growing Australian payroll outsourcing company. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented

Payroll Officer to be part of a great team of payroll specialists. This is a great role for someone great with payroll and loves to nurture a partnership with our client and provide above & beyond service and genuine care.


What your day-to-day looks like:


  • Responsible for the endtoend management of payroll functions for a portfolio of managed service clients
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable payroll laws, regulations, and internal policies
  • Process weekly, fortnightly, and monthly pay runs, including terminations, redundancy, bonuses, and commissions
  • Respond professionally and accurately to clients within required time frames & clients' agreement for service

More about you

  • Proficient knowledge of Australian Payroll Legislation (PAYG, Payroll Tax, Fair Work Act, National Employment Standards, Superannuation, Leave, Workers' Compensation)
  • Proven work experience as a Payroll Officer or in a similar payroll processing role
  • Able to build strong relationships
  • Endtoend payroll function and corresponding data flow, from scheduling and time & attendance to grosstonet calculations and reporting
  • Have strong time management skills and have the ability to effectively manage competing priorities and deadlines
