About Our Client:
Our client is a large not-for-profit organisation, deeply committed to empowering, supporting, and unifying under-served communities. Their office is located near the CBD, with nearby paid parking facilities.
As a Payroll Officer reporting to the Human Resources Manager, you will undertake the following key responsibilities:
- Process multiple fortnightly pays, travel allowances, and Superannuation Guarantee contributions using the Business Central payroll software.
- Ensure complete compliance with HR and payroll legislation.
- Manage all payments and receipts, maintaining accurate and reliable financial records.
- Offer financial and administrative support to your colleagues as needed.
The Successful Applicant:
To be successful in this role, you will have the below:
- A minimum of two years of end-to-end payroll processing experience.
- Familiarity with interpreting Awards and EBAs will be advantageous, along with experience in using Business Central or a similar payroll system.
