    The Business

    This growing integrated advisory improves financial well-being for their broad range of clients. Providing a range of financial planning solutions for clients from all walks of life including first home buyers and accumulators through to more sophisticated investors and retirees. There are multiple teams throughout the business focused on Accounting, SMSF and Lending so it's a busy and dynamic environment.

    The Opportunity

    The Sydney CBD office is currently seeking an experienced Client Services Manager - Implementation Specialist to join the team. As part of their dynamic and energetic culture, you will play a crucial role in delivering optimal solutions to clients. You will be responsible for managing and implementing statements of advice and records of advice, maintaining client relationships and assisting the advisers in delivering exceptional customer service.

    The Role

    • New Business Applications: Superannuation, Pension and Investment application including investment of clients' funds.
    • Process additional investments and withdrawals as requested by clients and advisers.
    • Processing Life, TPD, Income Protection and Trauma Insurance applications from the initial application through to policy completion.
    • Preparation of documents and reports for the client as requested.
    • Updating and maintaining client records
    • Liaise with various superannuation and insurance product providers.
    • Ensure compliance is adhered to.

    About You

    • Must have experience with implementation and Xplan software within a Financial Advice firm.
    • Must be able to work in a fast-paced role and thrive on being organised.
    • Be passionate about servicing clients and interested in an opportunity for the long term.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with an ability to build rapport with a broad range of clients.
    • Proactive, confident, and warm approach
    • An ability to handle a large client book and be comfortable with multi-tasking.
    • Strong sense of professionalism and good solid work ethic
