- Preparation and review of designated monthly, quarterly and annual investor reports. Working closely with the investment team and Partners to ensure performance of portfolios are reflected appropriately in the relevant reports.
- Ensure data accuracy/integrity of response to internal/external queries, unit pricing, and reporting.
- Monitor and manage investor cash flows to ensure calls and distributions are met on time with minimal cash drag
- Facilitate with the administrator the completion of, and review of funds' financial statements within agreed upon timeframes. Liaise with auditors on valuation and related issues.
- Facilitate with the administrator and tax advisors the completion of quarterly fund BAS returns, tax distribution statements and fund tax returns
- Assist on specific projects to address internal and client-related requests as required
- Oversee compliance with regulatory requirements
- Have previous experience in Fund Accounting, fund operations and/or a client focused position - preferably at least 3 years
- Hold a Bachelor of Commerce / Business or Finance
- Are CPA/CA qualified (preferred but not required)
- Have some previous experience in a client focused role – from a fund administrator, custodian or responsible entity
- Have superb verbal and written communication skills
- Are self-motivated, driven and proactive
- Enjoy working in a collaborative and dynamic team environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high volume role
- Are willing to go above and beyond to help the team achieve their targets and goals

The Opportunity
The opening here is for a diligent and capable professional with experience in fund accounting, fund operations and/or a client focused related position. We are looking for an experienced and safe pair of hands to provide oversight of the day-to-day fund accounting and operational tasks.
