We are currently looking for an experienced Communications, or Safety and Wellbeing professional to join our Health, Sustainability and Climate (HSC) team in the role of
HSC Communications and Wellbeing Coordinator.


This is a hybrid position that will support our HSC team with Wellbeing-related tasks, in addition to having a Communications focus.


This role is a 12-month parental leave cover and will be based out of our state-of-the-art Flinders Gate office in Melbourne.


About the Role:


_ Communications_

  • Development and Management of HSC Annual Communications Strategy and Plan
  • Creating/designing professionallooking and easytoread resources such as posters, handbooks, guides, toolboxes and presentations to assist in campaigns and program communications.
  • Management of R U OK Day? Annual Safety Culture Survey, World Environment Day and National Safe work month and other key events including development of communication plans for any larger piece of work, campaign or events.
  • Managing various portals and websites related to HSC
  • Managing/ Administrating access/permissions as required.
  • Publishing Lessons Learned and HSE Alerts and other HSC related content using internal communication platforms
  • Ad hoc assistance in document formatting, editing, and reviews for the team.
  • Managing/ Administrating a range of different MS Forms. Power Apps and Power Automate workflows

_Wellbeing_

  • Conduct ongoing Research regarding internal and external developments in relation to Wellbeing
  • Support and deliver wellbeing Programs of Work related to the HSC Strategy
  • Overseeing of Wellbeingrelated information, programs, IMS documents, and communication platforms.
  • Collating and assessing Wellbeing Data
  • Ensuring the sharing of Wellbeing information including the Monthly updates of Wellbeing Webinars
  • Assisting in the scheduling of and attending EAP discussion meetings
  • Reviewing and Assessing and Sharing views on any new Wellbeingrelated businesswide initiatives.
  • Wellbeing event management for priority annual businesswide celebrations
  • Answering Wellbeing enquiries

About You:

This position will require you to hold a tertiary degree in Communications, Health and Safety or a related field.

Relevant experience in public relations, journalism, stakeholder management or marketing in a role with a safety or wellbeing focus is preferred.

However, we will consider strong applicants who have experience in either area.

You will have excellent written and verbal communications skills and experience using Microsoft SharePoint will be well regarded.
