Are you Denying your Creative Contribution?

As part of 2017 I decided to review a particular word for each month and create a daily post to focus my thoughts. 

To date I have commented on success, pleasure, magic, creativity, home and gratitude. 

This month I am reviewing what creativity is.

Today, I thought I would review my creative contribution for the year. 

It's so interesting how our brains are wired to see what's missing or not happening before we look to what is! 

So let's have a look at how I responded. I am going to slow that down so you can see the steps.

My immediate response to the question was...

"I haven't written any books this year  (speaking a truth) so therefore (a judgement being made) I can't have been very creatively productive so this year I've failed at being creative! (final judgement) 

And then... How do I feel about that? 

Dejected, like I could have failed and then depressed that I haven't achieved more.

And at that point I received a clarion trumpet from the Angels. I am truly blessed by my connection to Spirit.

At that point the Angels said add up all the creative work you have done this year to date.
