- Diverse portfolio of clients. Manage the estate planning objectives of a client around their personal estate assets as well as non-estate assets via other legal structures. Manage the entire process from initial client meeting(s), review of source documentation, provision of taxation and SMSF legislative advice, discussion on key estate planning issues and highlighting estate planning 'gaps' for further consultation. Co-ordination and involvement in family meetings. Implementation and co-ordination of advice and liaison with estate lawyers re: drafting of relevant estate documentation.
- Consideration, advice, and implementation of key issues around business succession to the next generation or external parties.
- Continual client relationships and managing changes of family circumstances to estate planning structuring and documentation.
- Clear articulation and collaboration skills. Working with the wider family to counsel, mediate and support the estate objective concepts of the patriarch and/ or matriarch.
